Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, developing relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include delivering product training, handling inquiries, and offering sales management support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective Training sessions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • High level of motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the mining and metals industry is an advantage
