Come grow with usWe are looking for a driven and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to manageand grow Alkegens ferrous product sales across Eastern India. This role will be responsiblefor developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, anddriving market share in a strategically important region.Key Responsibilities:• Promote and sell Alkegens ferrous product solutions to customers in Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal.• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in major steel companies.• Conduct regular customer visits, provide technical product support, and ensure customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with internal teams including technical, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.• Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report regularly on pipeline and performance metrics.• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Ceramic, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.• 5–15 years of field sales experience in B2B/industrial segments; experience in ferrous, steel, or insulation products preferred.• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.If you are interested in being part of a world class company here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
