Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling : Conduct outbound calls to farmers and potential clients to introduce DeHaat's products and services, address their queries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new clients, fostering strong relationships and expanding DeHaat’s customer base.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and sales executive.
  • Outbound Calling: Achieve daily call targets for connecting with Stakeholders.

Requirement s:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales support role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri) or related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
