Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a friendly and confident tele-calling person. Your role will involve reaching out to music artists who are part of our community, sharing information about our services, and helping them maximize their experience with us. This is a hybrid position, so you'll have the flexibility to work remotely most of the time. However, we'll need you to be in the office once a week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone calls with music artists to discuss their needs and how our services can support them.
• Work to gain subscribers by effectively communicating the benefits of our subscription services.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists by following up on their inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and important details.
• Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings.
• Update our database with new information gathered during your calls.
• Submit daily reports on your activities and progress.
• Work from home for four days a week, with one day in the office for team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year of experience in tele-sales or the music industry.
• Completed 12th grade or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (must be proficient in English).
• Basic understanding of tele-sales techniques.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel for data entry.
