Key Responsibilities

· Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.

· Promote and sell loan products with a focus on SME clients.

· Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.

· Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, documentation, and follow-ups.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.

· Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Key Focus Areas

· LAP Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in acquiring high-ticket LAP customers.

· Credit Understanding: Strong knowledge of financials and property documentation.

· Customer Relations: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Market Penetration: Experience in metro and Tier 2 markets.

· Channel Management: Strong DSA network and relationship-building skills.

· Compliance Focus: Knowledge of KYC, credit, and regulatory norms.

· Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred.

· 3–6 years of sales experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services.

· Strong understanding of LAP, business loans, and SME financing.

· Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
