Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Analytics professional to join our sales team. He/She will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing our sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. This role plays a crucial part in helping us make informed decisions and drive our sales efforts. Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (internal and external customer).

Roles & Responsibilities - Key Skills
- Collect, consolidate, and clean sales data from various sources.- Analyze historical sales data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.- Update Sales Forecasting model on regular basis- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, win rates, sales pipeline and come with relevant actions.- Collaborate with sales front-end teams to develop data-driven sales strategies.- Assist in setting sales targets and goals based on data analysis for each function.- Boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that the sales team has on business performance.- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from the sales and executive teams, providing insights to support decision-making
Education Requirements
- Masters degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.- Proven experience in Sales analytics or a similar analytical role.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).- Proficient with MS Power point & MS Excel is a must.- Well versed with Power BI, Tableau and SFDC Dashboards
Experience
- 8-11 Years of experience in Sales Analytics role- Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.- Proficient with Power BI, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel is a must.- Strong Analytical, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent Communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
