Job Description -


We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content and Social Media Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and helping our marketing communications and program team to enhance our brand’s visibility and reach and work on program design. This role is crucial in communicating our mission, values, and the unique experiences we offer.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, newsletters, website, and social media.
  • Write compelling copy for promotional materials, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by posting regular, engaging content.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content strategy.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content and social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Community Engagement and Program Design:

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with educators, and industry professionals to expand our reach.
  • Work closely with our program development team to help in program design and content development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the education or edutourism industry.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and cultural sensitivity.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
