Job Summary :

Purple Quarter seeks a highly motivated and driven Content Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media presence, and fostering connections with media professionals and be a part of the podcast initiative. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for building relationships, and a strong sense of accountability, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

- **Daily Social Media Management:**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

- **Marketing Campaign Contributions:**

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.

- Assist in creating content for email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing materials.

- Help track and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.

- **Media Outreach and Podcast Conduct:**

- Identify and research media contacts, including podcast hosts and journalists.

- Craft and send pitches to secure media coverage and podcast appearances.

- Conduct interviews and record podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging conversations.

- **Additional Responsibilities:**

- Assist in creating and editing content for various marketing materials.

- Help maintain the company's brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and improve marketing strategies.


Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field.

- **Skills:**

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in content management systems and social media scheduling tools.

- Familiarity with podcast recording and editing software.
