Job Description:


Pepper Content is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who excels in communication, negotiation, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base in the US market, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling:
  • Initiate and manage outbound cold calling efforts to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.


  • Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their content needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.


  • Phone-based Sales Techniques:
  • Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in phone-based sales techniques.
  • Comfortably handle objections and navigate through challenging conversations.


  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies.


  • Eagerness to Learn:
  • Proactively seek opportunities for skill development.
  • Adapt to new challenges and stay updated on industry best practices.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative role in the US market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of creating a strong sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable with and adept at cold calling and phone-based sales.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
