Job Description:
Pepper Content is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who excels in communication, negotiation, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base in the US market, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Cold Calling:
- Initiate and manage outbound cold calling efforts to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct targeted outreach to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their content needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Phone-based Sales Techniques:
- Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in phone-based sales techniques.
- Comfortably handle objections and navigate through challenging conversations.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies.
- Eagerness to Learn:
- Proactively seek opportunities for skill development.
- Adapt to new challenges and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative role in the US market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of creating a strong sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with and adept at cold calling and phone-based sales.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
