Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage customer relationships effectively.

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner (via phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Generate leads through cold calls, references, field visits, and networking.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process service requests, applications, or transactions accurately and within timelines.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or higher authority.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Commerce, or related field).
  • Prior experience in customer service/sales & marketing is an advantage.Freshers can also apply.
