- Identifying and assessingcustomers needs to achievesatisfaction
- Providing accurate valid andcomplete information by using the rightmethods/tools
- Handling customer complaintsproviding appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits
- Keeping records of customer interactionstransactions comments andcomplaints
- Communicating and coordinating withinternal teams to ensure promptresolution
- Monitoring customer satisfactionthrough feedback and surveys
- Striving forfirstcontact resolution to maximizeefficiency
- Identifying and escalating priorityissues
- Staying uptodate with product knowledgecompany policies and procedures
- Contributing toteam efforts to achieve customer satisfactiongoals
- Participating in product or serviceimprovement initiatives
- Maintaining a positiveempathetic and professional attitude towards customers at alltimes

- Assisting in training new customersupport representatives
- High school diplomaor equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is aplus
- Proven work experience in a customersupport role

- Ability to multitask prioritizeand manage time effectively
- Technicalproficiency with relevant computerapplications
- Ability to adapt to change andwork in a fastpaced environment
