About ZopperZopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2 C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.Job Overview:This role is responsible for driving Premier Channel growth in the assigned region through effective distribution strategies, partner development, and sales team performance. It includes managing a scalable B2 B life insurance model, enhancing market reach, and owning the region’s P&L to ensure strong financial outcomes.Role and responsibilities● Leading Premier Channel development within the assigned region, driving expansion and channel effectiveness.● Accountable for establishing a strong distribution framework, executing market development activities, and enhancing overall business accessibility.● Designing and executing distribution strategies to ensure long-term, sustainable growth within the partner distribution channel.● Managing the B2 B retail business by developing and scaling a partnership-based distribution model for life insurance across the designated territory.● Providing training, guidance, coaching, and motivation to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team.● Taking full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for the assigned region, ensuring financial performance aligns with business objectives.Prerequisites● Must possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.● Should have held a regional leadership position with team management responsibilities.● Should have a well-established network of channel partners.● Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
