Looking for a National Key Account (ecommerce), who is a passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player and is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.Responsibilities• Build strong business relationship with Category decision makers of E commerce accounts.• Establish business targets and regional performance goals, in discussion with the MT & E com Head, and ensure execution of the overall strategy to realize the target revenues.• Drive market intelligence to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitive action, new product introductions, etc. to build and implement sales strategy.• Manage the sales budget and ensure internal spends (operating costs) are within the allocated budget.• Partner with Marketing team to drive platform traffic and conversion to business.• NPI Listing and linking: Should have strong relationships with accounts to deliver NPI listing and linking as per stipulated timelines.• Liaison with Delmonte supply chain and account operations team to drive business efficiency parameters- In stock and fill rates.• Commercial Hygiene: Ensure smooth cash flow by collecting payments on time and quarterly reconciliation with the help of commercial team.• Claims Management: Ensure claims are within budget and settled with commercial team on month level.• All TOT’s, agreements to be negotiated, discussed and closed with help of relevant team members.• Spearheading the Top-to-Top alignment with the accounts• Formulating the business strategy and roadmap for each account and planning and executing the strategic interventions• JBP planning and reviews with accountsQualificationsGraduation: Any specializationPost-Graduation (Must have): PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.8+ years' of relevant work experience of handling the key accounts in a FMCG company. Must have experience of at least 2 years of E com accounts (Amazon, Zepto, Swiggy, Big Basket etc).Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent knowledge and understanding of E com Platforms ways of working.
