About the job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Chryselys in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to communication, market research, and integrated marketing activities. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive professional, well-versed in the complexities of diverse markets and capable of thriving in a fast-evolving business environment.
Required Skills:
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling messages and leading presentations
Digital Marketing : Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to measure success, interpret data and make informed decisions to drive client-centric strategies
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Creativity : Innovative thinking to create engaging campaigns and solve marketing challenges
Market Research : Expertise in conducting market research and competitive analysis
Financial Acumen : Ability to manage marketing budgets and understand financial metrics
Technology Savvy : Familiarity with marketing automation tools, graphic design software, video editing tools, and other relevant technologies
Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business goals
Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Content Development : Create high-quality marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials
Event Planning : Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company's products and services
PR & Crisis Management : Handle public relations and manage communication during crises to protect the company's image
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in market research and analyzing data
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Atleast 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience in pharma or healthcare will be a plus
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
