Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operation Manager - Healthcare at Open Mind Services Limited in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficient management of services, and optimizing customer satisfaction through effective leadership and coordination.


Qualifications

  • Contact Center Management and Operations Management skills
  • Customer Satisfaction expertise
  • Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Workforce Management abilities
  • Working experience of Excel, PowerPoint, and Analytical platforms is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in healthcare call center operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Certification in Call Center Management is a plus
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, induction, and coaching strategy across the contact centers
  • Reviewing and clearly defining all contact center roles, any required shift and candidate profiles required across the contact center operation
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience, supporting cross company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.
