MissionWe are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated person to join our Alliances team taking care of Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Collaborations.

You will be instrumental in implementing our business strategy and vision for the brand alliances team by actively initiating and executing including but not limited to Influencers, affiliate and brand partnerships.

This role reports to Brand Partnership Specialist and works alongside Alliance team to create Pan India collaborations.

Responsibilities- Work with Brand Partnership specialist and Alliance team to reach alliance and brand goals- Tie up with influencers, affiliates and brand partnerships for Aliens brand across India- Tie up with bank partnerships, loyalty programs- Initiate and execute D2C alliances and BTL initiatives at residential, gyms, salons- Create opportunities for Business Development and Strategic Alliance.- Proactively pitch, initiate, execute and monitor alliances from start to end- Initiate and build relationships with current, new vendors and attend meetings as needed- Partnership Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partnerships. Evaluate and prioritise potential partnerships based on strategic fit and potential impact.- Relationship Building: Initiate and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between partner objectives and internal goals- Monitoring of the set deliverables with impact and constant meeting with partners for adherence to agreed objectives.- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and develop partnership agreements that clearly outline roles, responsibilities, and benefits for all parties involved.- Developing unique value propositions, communications materials such as pitch decks and proposal.- Overlook marketing collaterals, content and execution process for the alliance.- Designing hand off SOPs from pitch, initiation to program implementation- On boarding of partners by finalizing MOU as appropriate

Requirements:- 5+ Years in partnerships, strategic alliances, influencer marketing, bank partnerships, loyalty program, digital/ affiliate marketing and account management.- Deck creation and proposal drafting with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills- Presentable, able to carry yourself to have meetings with CEO’s and Brand Managers- Proven experience in partnership management.- Strong understanding of marketing, communication and creative process- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships- A multitasker able to juggle numerous tasks from start to end.
