With expert-trained AI and personalized tools, we help new parents track, understand, and feel supported through their baby's development—all in one beautifully simple app.

We've just launched and are growing fast. Now we're looking for a marketing pro who knows how to scale an app with smart, high-leverage tactics—and ideally, someone who gets the parenting space.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the charge on marketing strategy, execution, and performance tracking—collaborating closely with our founder-led team.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Apple/Google Search Ads
  • Lead ASO (App Store Optimization) efforts to increase visibility and downloads
  • Track and analyze growth metrics to identify what's working, when to pivot, and how to scale
  • Conduct target market research to inform campaigns and product messaging
  • Shape and support social content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook and YouTube
  • Assist with light video editing, social content planning, and content creation (in collaboration with founders and advisors)
  • Own influencer strategy —including identifying, reaching out to, and managing influencer partnerships, paid promos, and collabs
  • Coordinate warm outreach , email campaigns, and PR efforts to build buzz and credibility
  • Work closely with our team to refine messaging and ensure everything aligns with Coddle's voice and mission

Who You Are

  • Experienced in growth marketing for consumer apps , especially early-stage
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, ASO, analytics, and paid acquisition tools
  • Comfortable with video content trends , editing basics (CapCut, Canva, etc.), and posting strategy
  • Data-savvy , curious, and always testing
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ideally has experience in parenting, baby, or wellness spaces
  • Bonus: experience with Mailchimp, PR tools, influencer platforms, or parenting communities
