We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Business Solutions, who will play a crucial role in overseeing implementation, maintenance, integration, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, IBM Maximo EAM and Navis N4 TOS environments. This role requires a strong background in finance processes, coupled with technical proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Terminal Operating Systems. The incumbent will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Terminal Operations departments to deliver on key objectives. This position reports directly to the IT Director of Hamad Port
Main Job Responsibilities:
Technical ownership of Oracle ERP modules including: Financials, HCM, SCM, FCCS, and Analytics.
Ensure the seamless functioning of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, IBM Maximo EAM and Navis N4 TOS environments, working with the Managed Service Providers (MSP) and internal consultants on change management and issue management activities.
Manage the cross-functional (both onsite and offshore-remote) teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment in support of the team’s and organization’s goals.
Manage the implementation and integration projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud across all QTerminals Group companies global wise, ensuring successful project rollouts.
that proper project documentations are in place, including requirements traceability matrix, business process design, configuration design.
with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and develop solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP processes, enhance efficiency, and automate the way of working.
Managing the functionality of enterprise business systems, as well as system upgrades and modifications to current systems.
Act as a liaison between the user departments and external vendors or internal consultants/specialists for enterprise business systems related matters.
Stay abreast of trends and updates related to Oracle Fusion Cloud, IBM Maximo and Navis N4, advising the user departments on industry best practices and potential enhancements.
To be successful in this role you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline from a reputable university.
10 years of experience in related area, including Oracle Fusion Cloud solution management, and Oracle ERP implementations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is required.
Terminal operation or Port operation experience is preferred.
Navis N4 TOS knowledge is preferred.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve business systems related issues.
Creative, innovative, analytical, and independent
Ability to work with key stakeholders, senior executives, management team and external partners/advisors through collaboration & teamwork in a non-hierarchical relationship framework.
