E-commerce Operations Manager

Tech First Gulf is a leading IT firm with a global presence, dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Operations Manager who would be responsible in setting up our E-commerce operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage distribution on a Global level.
1. Order Dispatch:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end order dispatch process across multiple countries.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery by coordinating with logistics partners and internal teams.
2. Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels across different warehouses and locations.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
3. Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to order dispatch and delivery.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on improving business metrics, especially order fulfillment rates.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct regular user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all system integrations are functioning optimally.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for order dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
Identify areas for improvement based on performance data
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with digital marketing, category teams, finance, logistics, and legal teams to ensure compliant and efficient e- commerce operations.
Collaborate with the call center team to manage consumer feedback and implement systems to further improve customer satisfaction.
7. Innovation:
Take initiatives to introduce new functionalities that improve the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Proven experience managing order dispatch and fulfillment in multiple countries.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Requirements
