Role:

Develop and implement strategies to integrate store, web, social, and mobile retail channels. Oversee digital commerce operations, marketing initiatives, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute strategies for omni-channel commerce initiatives.
  • Recommend and manage the integration of customer-facing functions across various channels, including store technologies, loyalty programs, content, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct pilot programs for new strategies and ensure successful implementation.

Digital Commerce and Marketing:

  • Oversee digital commerce operations, including B2B, B2T, and B2C models.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and utilize platforms like Pinterest for marketing.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in web order management and fulfillment processes.

Platform and Technology Management:

  • Utilize and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and Walmart.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize operations.

Branding and Communication:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies.
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring all projects and tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and internal team members to ensure efficient task execution.

Flexibility and Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital commerce.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape on both the demand and supply sides.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in digital commerce operations across various models (B2B, B2T, and B2C).
  • Experience with branding and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities.
