Role DescriptionWe are searching for a highly motivated individual prepared to learn the art of recruitment and who values perfection.This position will be primarily concerned with filling a few key positions that will be accountable for the company's upcoming growth phase. It is anticipated that candidates will assume complete responsibility for the projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the recruitment strategy for core team members hiring.In charge of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn Premium, IIM Jobs, Naukri, and internal databases.Screen resumes, and conduct screening interviews before s cheduling interviews with hiring managers.Maintain ATS, communicate feedback, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Share feedback with candidates and provide proper information.Recruit for roles across our organization, owning the entire candidate experience and interview process from sourcing to screening to scheduling interviews to closing the candidate.Work with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to improve the hiring manager, interviewer, and candidate experience, which includes process improvement and enablement. Provide insights based on candidate feedback and market intelligence.Ensure the accuracy of data and postings in our ATS as well as across a variety of job boards including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.Source talent for hard-to-fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms.Recruit from campus for Inetrn & entry-level Engineers.

Ideal CandidatesBachelor/Master's degree in Communication discipline or Human Resources.Work experience talent acquisition in a startup is a plus.Strong presenting and communication abilities.Creative, can-do attitude.Strong sense of ownership combined with a great desire to learn.
