Technical Lead CPQ Developer
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead CPQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) development, along with the ability to lead a team of developers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the CPQ development team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in CPQ development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CPQ technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of CPQ solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in CPQ and related fields.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or IT or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in CPQ development, with proficiency in commerce and complex configurator development.
- Experience with following CPQ areas or similar:
- Quote Processing – maintain existing (break fix, enhance), build new quote configurations (business rules).
- Configurations – build new BOM based configurations product configurations, maintain existing.
- Integrating CPQ application with CRM, ERP systems using SOA and flat files.
- Document Engine
- Hands on experience using SOAP, REST, JavaScript, CSS and any programming language like Java, C#, Python.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certification in CPQ or related technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving- effectively identify business issues and opportunities, assess proposed solutions, and meet stakeholder needs.
- Behavioral Characteristics- develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and possess positive qualities of ethics, trustworthiness, reliability, and personal organization. Demonstrated commitment to delivery of quality results on time.
