Role andResponsibilities:
Asthe Manager of Client Servicing you will be responsible formaintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuringtheir satisfaction with our services. Your key responsibilitieswill include:
  • Developing andimplementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brandpositioning and recall
  • Collaborating withinternal teams to create proposals that meet clientrequirements
  • Ensuring seamless event executionthrough careful supervision andcoordination
  • Coordinating with the Design andProduction team to deliver flawlessevents
  • Participating in event planning andworking diligently to meet deadlines
  • Managingcosts negotiating agreements and handling all accountingformalities with clients
  • Conducting researchbooking artists and vendors and negotiatingcontracts
  • Maintaining a wellorganized databaseand managing various documents
  • Completingpostevent formalities such as sending reports gathering clientfeedback and obtaining testimonials
  • Closingevents efficiently andeffectively
CandidateQualifications:
Toexcel in this role you should possess the followingqualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • Prior experience in client servicing or asimilar role
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational andtime management abilities
  • Ability to work underpressure and meet tightdeadlines
