Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst - Franchise Development at xtrawrkx. The role will involve tasks such as analyzing data, communicating findings, managing databases, overseeing projects, and conducting research.

QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Project Management, and Research skillsStrong communication abilitiesProficiency in working with databasesExperience in franchise development or related field is a plusMarket Research : Analyze target demographics, competitor activities, and location opportunities.Financial Analysis : Develop models to evaluate franchise viability and investment ROI.Franchisee Support : Provide ongoing support and engagement, assisting with business strategies and performance.Reporting : Prepare reports and data visualizations to track performance and progress.

What We Offer:Compensation:3-Month Training & Probation Period: Monthly compensation of ₹15,000.Post-Probation Annual Package: ₹6 LPA, with a monthly CTC of approximately ₹50,000 (split as 3 fixed + 3 variable components).Work Flexibility:While we operate on a WFH basis, the role requires availability for in-office work when needed at locations across India. Suggested cities include Delhi, Pune, and Bangalore.Notice Period:During Probation: 1-month notice.Post-Probation: 3-month notice period, with a buyback option of 2 months if necessary, provided a minimum notice of 1 month.
