Global People Life Cycle Services Leader

People Operations in Global Business Services mission is to standardize, simplify, and scale our business processes for global, enterprise-wide consistency and a better experience for our customers. Focused on delivering outcomes that elevate our employees’ service experience and deliver tangible productivity benefits through the sustainable leverage of digital innovation. The Service Delivery Leader will play a key leadership role in shaping and leading the execution of our People Services and Continuous Improvement strategic ambition. A critical success factor will be to build strong collaborative partnerships within HR, across the business and with external partners to progress our transformation with shared vision and valued outcomes.
Scope:
This role works collaboratively with Global Business Services, External Service Providers, Regulators and Human Resources in a matrixed environment.Works in partnership with the senior management team for implementation of programs and monitoring effectiveness across multiple geographies.Scope and complexity of programs will vary, typically defining and implementing global programs (Service areas broadly categorized but not limited to Employee Lifecycle Services, Benefits Services, Works Council Services, Payroll Services, Regulatory & Internal Compliance Services, Country Services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition etc.)Recognized as an expert within the organization.Contributes to the development of strategy.Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges / regulatory issues.Recommend process, product, or service improvements.Includes accountability of global service delivery
Main Responsibilities:
Manage team of specialist accountable for processing of in-scope servicesManage delivery of end-to-end assigned scope of services in People OperationsManage fulfilment of regulatory obligations and company compliancesManage operational quality assurance & customer complaints.Support vendor on (i) Process & Policy interpretations & approval on change, (ii) Technology change advisory, (iii) Issue & Incident Management advisory and escalation management, (iv) Advisory & SME guidance on transformation project & continuous improvements requirements.
Education Requirements:
Graduate Degree and/or Relevant Experience (12+ years)
Professional Certifications/Others
:Required – Knowledge of Human Resources, Service Delivery Projects & TransitionsI
ndicative Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Experience in large scale global people services transformation programsExperience in Human Resources or Services/Global Business Services ways of working including ability to manage service delivery effectiveness.Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders.Excellent project management experience across process and technologyExperience in managing teams with varied portfolio.Experience in managing global transitions from core functions to Global Business Service model.#LI-NJ1#LI-Hybrid
