Recruitment Associate

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry (experience with Microbreweries & Night Clubs is highly preferred).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a qualified and diverse talent pool.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when required.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the hiring process.
**Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.
- Foster positive employee relations through clear communication and conflict resolution.
- Administer disciplinary actions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
**HR Policy Implementation:**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
**HR Administration:**
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports as required.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Pay:** INR 20,000 per month
