Ahvi Infotech is seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on an initial two-month contract basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.
- Position: Recruitment Consultant (Initial 2-Month Offer) followed by full-time employment
- Designation : Associate Recruiter
- Consultant Fees: 10,000 to 15,000
- Salary of employee: 15,000 to 30,000
- Company : Ahvi Infotech, a Singapore based company
- Head Count : 40
- Work location : Banashankari 3rd stage, 80 feet road Hosakerehalli
- Job type: On-Site /Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Contract Details:
- The successful candidate will initially be offered a two-month contract with Ahvi Infotech.
- The contract includes a 7-day notice period for termination.
- Upon demonstrating exceptional performance during the initial two-month period, candidates will be considered for full-time employment with Ahvi Infotech.
Training and Development:
- During the initial contract period, Recruitment Consultants will undergo comprehensive training and development.
- Training will include practical sessions led by experienced Leads, providing hands-on experience and on-the-job training.
- Consultants will receive guidance on utilizing our global ATS system, Manatal, as well as leveraging recruitment portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Consultants will also receive training on essential tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting purposes.
