1. Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on all levels.

2. Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools, applicant tracking systems and HR software.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.

5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

2. Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.

3. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, career portal, referrals & networking) to attract qualified candidates.

4. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

5. Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

6. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, considering both technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.

7. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.

8. Extend job offers to selected candidates, manage & negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.

9. Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

10. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively address future staffing needs.

11. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.

12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.

13. Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

14. Stay informed & updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
