The Senior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for Omnicell India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a compelling candidate experience that reflects Omnicell's values and attracts top talent to the organization. They will also advise and collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure seamless, efficient, and effective recruitment. The Senior Recruiter will be expected to meet and exceed performance expectations in the following areas:

Deliver a compelling candidate experience that reflects Omnicell's values and attracts top talent to the organization. Serve as a candidate advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the recruitment process and promoting a positive experience. Advise and collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective recruitment process that delights every candidate. Drive operational excellence in the recruitment process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices. Utilize talent intelligence to provide insights into the candidate market, identify trends, and recommend strategies to attract and acquire top talent. Revolutionize the hiring process by bringing new ideas and innovative solutions to improve the recruitment function.

Numbers:

Funnel volume: The number of candidates you engage and progress through the recruitment funnel. Funnel quality: The percentage of candidates who pass through each stage of the recruitment process (PTR%s). Offer acceptance rate: Achieving at least a 90% acceptance rate for offers extended to candidates. Hiring Velocity: Meeting the hiring target date to meet the company's roadmap.

Impact:

Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Ensuring hiring managers are satisfied with the recruitment process, quality of candidates, and time-to-fill metrics. Candidate Satisfaction: Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Peer partnering and mentoring: Actively engaging with colleagues to share knowledge, support professional development, and collaborate on recruitment initiatives. Cross-functional partnerships: Building solid relationships with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in recruitment.

Excellence in Operations:

Data input and quality: Ensuring accurate and complete data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems, maintaining high data quality for reporting and analysis purposes. Quality of Hire: This metric measures the performance and retention of candidates hired through the recruiting process. This can be measured by surveying the employee and hiring manager 90 days after the start date.
