Job Description:
The HR Recruiter with Contract Staffing Experience will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, specifically focusing on contract staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers..
Key Responsibilities
:• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
.• Understand the specific needs and timelines associated with contract staffing
.• Ensure timely and efficient placement of contract employees
.• Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks
,and employee referrals
.• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
.• Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings
.• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughou
tthe recruitment process
.• Assist Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
.• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process candidate
swith the application process and answer any questions they may have
.• Promote the company's culture and values to attract suitable candidates
.• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to build th
ecompany’s employer brand
.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.• Strong organizational and time management skills
.• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hirin
gmanagers
