Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target new clients within the data & AI industry, leveraging existing networks and developing new leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client organizations, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies.
Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and establish hiring timelines.
Candidate Delivery:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the data & AI sector, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, conducting interviews and skill assessments as needed.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Insatiable hunger for success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development and client management within the recruitment industry, with a focus on the data & AI sector.
Strong understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates at all levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
