Job Description:

Hager Stone International  Pvt. Ltd., one of the best office interiors design & build companies in India, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) with a track record of exceptional performance in client meetings, lead generation, and project closure. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to close big-ticket project leads and a consistent conversion score of at least 25%.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    CLIENT MEETINGS : Engage in client meetings to discuss project requirements, propose solutions, and negotiate contracts.

2.    MINIMUM PROJECT VALUE : Focusing on minimum project value of Rs. 2 crore

3.    CONVERSION : Successfully close sales deals, ensuring a conversion score of at least 25%.

4.    LEARN CONSTANTLY :Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.

5.    KEEP-IN-TOUCH (KIT Strategy) : Keep in touch with right customers all the time

6.    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE : Provide excellent customer service, maintaining positive business and customer relationships

KPI / OBJECTIVE / TARGET


1. | **Client Meetings Attended**  | Attend meetings with clients to discuss projects and negotiate contracts. | 20 meetings per month      |

2.| **Minimum Project Value**     | Focus on projects that meet or exceed a certain financial threshold.     | 100% of projects ≥ Rs. 2 crore |

3. | **Sales Conversion Rate**     | Convert prospects into confirmed projects at a high rate.                | Conversion rate ≥ 25%      |

4. | **Product Knowledge Mastery** | Continually update and assess understanding of product offerings.        | Monthly assessments        |

5. | **Customer Engagement**       | Implement Keep-in-Touch (KIT) strategy with key customers.               | Weekly touchpoints with key clients |
