The Sales Manager will beresponsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new businessopportunities building strong relationships with Corporates andpromoting our offerings to meet theirneeds.Responsibilities:
  1. MarketResearch andProspecting:
  • Conductmarket research to identify potential Corporates and keydecisionmakers in the Delhi NCRregion.
  • Identify new business opportunities anddevelop a targeted prospect list for salesoutreach.
  1. SalesStrategyDevelopment:
  • Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets andexpand our customer base.
  • Customize salesstrategies and value propositions to effectively address the needsand preferences of Corporateclients.
  1. RelationshipBuilding:
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with Corporates fostering trustand credibility as a reliable partner.
  • Engagewith Corporate decision makers through inperson meetingspresentations and networkingevents.
  1. Product/ServicePromotion:
  • EducateCorporates about our products/services and demonstrate how they canadd value to their employees.
  • Presentproduct/service features benefits and pricing in a clear andcompellingmanner.
  1. SalesNegotiation andClosure:
  • Leadsales negotiations and address objections to secure agreements withCorporates
  • Prepare and present proposalscontracts and pricing quotes ensuring alignment with corporaterequirements and budgetconstraints.
  1. CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
  • Collaboratewith internal teams including HR operations and customer service toensure seamless execution of salesinitiatives.
  • Provide feedback from Corporatesto inform product/service development and enhancementefforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales orbusiness development with a proven track record of success inselling products/services to Corporates.
  • Strongunderstanding of the Delhi NCR market dynamics and RWAecosystem.
  • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andCRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within theDelhi NCR region asrequired.
