Ensure effective coverage of the area and identify expansion opportunities.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
Create sales reports, projections, and budgets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay updated on market trends and customer preferences.
Manage promotional campaigns and activations.
Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Branch Manager.
Monitor Distributors' turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that the various SKUs are available and that the Distributors meet their monthly targets.
Responsible for Distributor management and effective use of allocated resources.
Liaising with management and customers for effective delivery of our products.
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other field.
3 - 5 years experience as a Regional/Area Sales Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager; preferably in the FMCG industry.
Territory Management Skills customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, NND, and Market Analysis.
Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
Proficiency in information tracking, sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentations.
Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
Ability to use smartphones and tech-savvy.
