We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth in your assigned area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
- Set performance targets for the sales team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and product availability in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Work Location
- Ludhiana Punjab

Note - if you Are Not From Punjab company Management Will Provide You Accommodation.

Work Schedule
- 5 Work days in a Week.
- Monday to Friday.
- Saturday or Sunday will be off.
- Maximum 2 Free Leaves in a month

Process
- if You Are New in This Work. You Need To Attend Atleast 3 to 4 Days Work Training for Improve Your Skills.
- Training is Being Provided By Management to Improve Your Skills For Interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
