Role:- Regional Sales Manager- Corporate (Commercial Cards)Qualification: MBA-SalesVertical:- Credit CardLocation:- MumbaiRelevant Experience:- 12- 15 years of work experience , with meaningful part in managing Corporate & Commercial Cards SalesFunctional Competencies:-- Negotiation skills to create the most profitable deals- Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories- In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales teamBehavioral Competencies:-- Should be a team Player, people's manager- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels- Extremely collaborative and influentialJob Responsibilities:Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:- Deliver assigned target for the region .Delivery includes Corporate tie ups, ensuring spends on Corporate cards & driving team to achieve their MOM targets- Should be able to execute strategies in collaboration with the National Head to plan and execute channel level Sales plans- Should be able to own end to end sourcing and smooth running of finalized business model to build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network in the assigned region- Should be able to constantly identify new streams for revenue growth and develop penetration strategies in the region to achieve targets- To ensure maintenance of call reports and MIS as required by management and leadership team- Ensure availability of adequate and trained manpower in the region. Should be able to hire , train and develop a high-performance sourcing team. Drive targets numbers and drive the team in an effective manner- Ambitious team player with the ability to execute partner requests and tasks in time-sensitive situations- The incumbent is expected to liaise with marketing and IT teams to ensure adequate support to these functions.Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit .
