Role Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Specialists to join our Campaign Engineering team. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the build and execution of campaigns on Adobe or similar platforms. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end activation of omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels. It will be your responsibility to monitor campaigns, ensure deliverability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Roles & Responsibilities

• Build campaign workflows, customer journeys, and segmentation within Adobe Campaign Classic as per requirements.

• Take ownership of all campaign activations and ensure their successful execution.

• Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns

• Analyze and tackle campaigns based on requirements, ensuring effective targeting and personalization.

• Perform meticulous quality checks before activating customer journeys.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to customer journeys, data, or email deliverability.

• Utilizing advanced segmentation techniques within Adobe Campaign Classic to create highly targeted audience segments.

• Implementing sophisticated personalization strategies and dynamic content to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Entering and tweaking HTML, CSS, custom Personalization Language for proper deployment.

• Thorough understanding of email rendering in mobile devices, web-based email clients, and desktop clients.

• Monitor campaigns to ensure deliverability and optimal performance.

• Work efficiently and optimize campaign execution on CRM platforms.

• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and tools.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to improve campaign performance.

• Communicate effectively with onshore/offshore clients.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, email, content, and design teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet appropriate deadlines. REQUIREMENTS /



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of Adobe Campaign development experience

• Experience on digital development skills and experience (landing pages, banners, etc.)

• Experience dev skills in HTML, CSS

• Experience with SQL

• Experience with Js

• Past experience with Adobe Campaign Classic

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality checks before campaign activation.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels.

• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and their application in campaign execution is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data.

• Proven experience with modern web standards and cross-browser compatibility issues

• Photoshop, Sketch proficiency required to manipulate assets

• Exposure to JavaScript and CMS (e.g. Drupal and/or WordPress) is a plus. LANGUAGES

• Desirable English Proficiency (B1 reading, writing, and conversation).

Must Have:

• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic

• Ability to work with APIs for seamless integration with other marketing tools.

• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and segmentation

• Knowledge of JavaScript for scripting within Adobe Campaign Classic

• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic Personalization language Nice to Have:

• Experience on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Understanding and experience with marketing analytics tools for in-depth campaign analysis.
