Job Title: Inquiry & Quotation Coordinator (Remote) Company Overview: We are an international trading company engaged in the supply of industrial products and equipment across global markets. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Inquiry & Quotation Department. Position: Full-time (Remote)- IST 5.30pm to 2.30 am IST) Key Responsibilities: ·       Receive and register customer inquiries in the ERP system. ·       Send inquiries to suppliers and follow up on quotations. ·       Prepare and update quotations for customers. ·       Enter customer orders and coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation. ·       Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and orders. ·       Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses to customers. ·       Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all documents and systems. ·       Support the sales and procurement teams with related administrative tasks. Requirements: ·       Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred). ·       1–2 years of experience in inquiry handling, quotation preparation, or a similar operations/support role. ·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. ·       Good written and verbal communication skills in English. ·       Proficiency and experience with ERP systems is an advantage. ·       Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) , pdf and Web Browser. ·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely. ·       Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines. Other Requirements ·       Work Timings – Canadian EST (8.00AM to 5.00PM).-Canadian time ·       Have computer (minimum i3, 4GB RAM) and high-speed broadband internet.
