We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Sun Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
