We’re now expanding our operations and looking for a GeM Tender Executive to handle Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding, tender coordination, and client visits for our IT & OEM projects (including our Made-in-India hardware brand MaiPC)Key Responsibilities: Manage GeM portal activities — tender search, documentation, bid preparation & submission. Coordinate with government departments for quotations, follow-ups, and compliance. Conduct on-site visits for meetings, clarifications, and tender-related documentation. Maintain bid records, communication logs, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and proposal creation.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in GeM portal operations or government tender management. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Must be available for immediate joining (before weekend). Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation.
