Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our tyre retreading business. The role involves meeting customers, promoting our tyre retreading services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fieldwork, building relationships, and earning incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit transporters, fleet owners, truck owners, and tyre dealers to generate business.
  • Promote and explain tyre retreading services to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on customer visits and sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales (preferably in tyre, automobile, or related industry).
  • Must be comfortable with travelling locally.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Own bike and valid driving license preferred.
  • Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates welcome).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
