We are looking for a motivated **Field Sales Representative** to join our tyre retreading business. The role involves meeting customers, promoting our tyre retreading services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fieldwork, building relationships, and earning incentives based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit transporters, fleet owners, truck owners, and tyre dealers to generate business.
- Promote and explain tyre retreading services to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on customer visits and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **field sales** (preferably in tyre, automobile, or related industry).
- Must be comfortable with travelling locally.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Own bike and valid driving license preferred.
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates welcome).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
