Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, providing product demos, and closing sales. The role involves working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer service.
Experience
- Fresh MBA/BBA graduates based in Bangalore
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales (optional)
- Experience in Lead Generation tools and techniques
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mail writing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Having good understanding about Saa S business and pricing models.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
