Role Summary

Develop, execute and drive the marketing and communication strategies for the Company.

Report the effectiveness of these strategies to the management.


Role Description


Developing and Executing Communication Strategies:

·        Formulate and implement marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Coordinating with External Agencies:

·        Collaborate closely with external marketing and advertising agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

·        Provide clear briefs and guidelines to agencies, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.

·        Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Overseeing Strategy Implementation:

·        Ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies by coordinating with internal teams.

·        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

Database Marketing:

·        Develop and implement database marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

·        Utilize customer data to personalize communication and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Online & Offline  Marketing:

·        Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online content creation.

·        Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize online presence and analyze performance metrics.

·        Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events and traditional advertising.

Brand Management:

·        Uphold and enhance the organization's brand identity.

·        Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

·        Coordinate with creative agencies for brand development and adherence.

Internal Communication:

·        Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified organizational message.

Market Research:

·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

·        Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field


Experience

Minimum 7-8 years of work experience as an individual contributor in Marketing Communication


Skills Required

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in written/spoken English
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.Good content developer
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Canva
  • Experience of creating Infographics, Image videos


Competencies Required

  • Experience in Marketing Communications and Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating activities with external agencies.
