  1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  2. Analyze trends in the solar energy market (residential, commercial, industrial, utility-scale).

  3. Identify new geographic markets and potential customer segments.
  4. Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and incentives related to solar power.

  5. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  6. Generate leads through cold calls, networking, events, and digital platforms.

  7. Qualify potential customers by understanding their energy needs and budget.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., business owners, facility managers, government officials).

  9. Sales & Proposal Development

  10. Present solar solutions to clients (e.g., rooftop, ground-mounted, off-grid/on-grid systems).

  11. Create and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  12. Work with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost estimation of projects.
  13. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

  14. Project Coordination

  15. Coordinate with the project, design, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.

  16. Monitor progress and resolve client concerns during the project lifecycle.
  17. Ensure client satisfaction post-installation.

  18. Partnership & Channel Development

  19. Build partnerships with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firms, vendors, and solar installers.

  20. Manage third-party channels and distributors for sales support.
  21. Identify and engage with financial institutions for solar financing options.

  22. Regulatory & Policy Compliance

  23. Stay informed about local/state/national solar energy policies and compliance requirements.

  24. Assist clients in availing government incentives, subsidies, or net metering benefits.

  25. Reporting & Strategy Development

  26. Track sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

  27. Provide regular business forecasts and strategy inputs to senior management.
  28. Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
