Locations: Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad & across Telangana.
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad & Across Telangana for our local taxi service initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding auto-rickshaws, cabs, and other local vehicles onto our platform, conducting market research, and identifying partnership and growth opportunities in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard local taxi drivers, autos, and cab owners to the platform.
* Conduct field visits to auto/cab stands, parking areas, and residential colonies to recruit vehicle owners.
* Explain the benefits of joining our platform to drivers and help them through the registration process.
* Perform market research to understand pricing trends, customer demand, and competitors' presence.
* Collect feedback from drivers and customers to improve service quality and adoption.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners and local transport communities.
* Report daily onboarding status and share insights from the ground.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Telugu & Hindi/English preferred).
Field sales or business development experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of local geography and travel patterns.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge (for helping drivers onboard).
