We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the UK and USA markets. This position will be based in our Gurgaon office, focusing on outbound sales and targeting B2B clients within these markets.
Job Summary :
As a B2B Sales Executive at Protein World, you will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential business clients across the UK and USA. You will promote Protein World’s extensive product range, including protein powders, supplements, vitamins, and other wellness products. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for health and wellness, who is skilled in outbound sales and can establish long-lasting relationships with businesses in the fitness and wellness sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales Calls : Make proactive calls to UK and USA-based businesses in the health, wellness, fitness, and retail sectors to introduce Protein World’s products and services. Focus on building strong relationships and identifying business needs.
Lead Generation & Qualification : Research and identify potential business leads within the UK and USA markets. Qualify prospects and engage with decision-makers to discuss nutrition and wellness solutions.
Sales Presentations & Consultations : Present Protein World’s products to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet the specific needs of their business and customer base.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK and USA business clients. Follow up on leads, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth sales process from prospecting to closing.
Achieve Sales Targets : Work towards individual and team sales targets by closing deals with UK and USA-based businesses. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and results. Provide regular updates on progress, sales conversions, and pipeline management to the management team.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product management, to ensure seamless sales processes and smooth transitions for new clients.
Key Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in the health, fitness, wellness, or nutrition industries.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with business decision-makers in the UK and USA.
Sales Target Driven : A results-oriented individual with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing sales.
Nutrition & Fitness Knowledge : A solid understanding of nutrition products, supplements, protein powders, and wellness solutions. Knowledge of the fitness and health industries is a plus.
CRM Knowledge : Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, sales activities, and customer data.
Preferred Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in nutrition, health, wellness, or fitness-related fields.
Knowledge of the UK & USA Market : Familiarity with the business landscape and wellness and nutrition needs in both the UK and USA markets is an advantage.
