National Sales Head

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as National Sales Head - Biostimulant Division. If you are an ambitious leader ready to take on challenges and prove your skills in a fast paced environment. The role offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Pan India Sales & Marketing efforts for our range of Bio stimulant, Bio fertilizers & Bio-Pesticides
- Drive the development of Traditional Distribution Channel for our new product range across India
- Own the responsibility for achieving Revenue and EBITA targets within B2C Distribution channel
- Identify, train and develop a high performing Sales Team to achieve targets.
- Continuously monitor sales team performance and ensure targets are met
- Engage in Farmers meeting, exhibitions & trade fair and other related activities to generate demand and build brand awareness
Education –
B. Sc. / M. Sc. / B. Tech. / M. Tech. – Agriculture
ABM / MBA Marketing
Experience – Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with background in the Agriculture sector or similar categories
