
Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and facilitate collaboration between departments to maintain fluid workflows.
- Monitor processes and systems to ensure timely completion, adherence to standards, and immediate troubleshooting of issues.
- Track, document, and report task progress, resource allocation, and delivery milestones—maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support multi-tasking activities necessary for various teams and business functions, handling administrative needs and logistics.
- Execute process checks and compliance audits, intervening to resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies swiftly.
- Implement, communicate, and train teams on new or improved procedures and system updates.
- Analyze data for process improvement opportunities, enabling cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and faster delivery.
- Serve as first point of contact for process/tool-related questions, supporting users and escalating issues to management when needed.
- Ensure all tasks and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the organization
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships across teams.
- Systematic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities or multi-department needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
