Location: Bhopal, MP

Position: US Process Coordinator

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Work Days: 5 das a week - Monday to Friday

Shift Timing : 7 PM IST - 4 AM IST - (Permanent Night Shift)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform and monitor process levels activities and communicate with the team members to provide information for the activities with relation to client delivery and services, time lines, etc.
- Ensure that the details for the processes related to client services and internal timelines are filled on time
- Supported customer services representatives, clients and internal team by developing forms and processes that increases productivity.
- Handling daily trackers updating and monitoring the things are on schedule.
- Co-ordinate and follow-up incase of delay in payment
- Working knowledge of excel, word, MS office.
- Finance and accounting skills.
- Should be able to perform documentation (hard copies and soft copies) of the process work.
- Timesheets Management

**Skills Required**:
Excellent Communication Skills - Both Verbal and Written

Should be polite and good in follow-ups

Payroll Expert - (preferred)
